Abstract
For children to be normally healthy during childhood and even in later life it is necessary for the parents to grasp every possible opportunity that makes for better health of their children. Very often children's ability to resist and combat various diseases depend largely upon their reserve established from the very beginning of their existence to the present age. Of the many factors that contribute to the good health of children; the following have a great bearing; physical examinations frequency, the general diet of a child, the activity and the treatment of illness as soon as its discovery is made.
