About This Journal
The Research Association of Minority Professors, or [RAMP] as it is often addressed, was organized with four major objectives. They are (1) to provide a means for minority professors to present at least one paper per academic year, (2) to provide minority scholars with an opportunity to present research which relates to the Black experience, (3) to provide an annual publication of research by minorities and other scholars who address some phase of the Black experience, and (4) to encourage minorities to become involved in research activities.
As a result, The Journal of the Research Association of Minority Professors (JRAMP) was established.
