Abstract
This study is being made in order to establish clearer understandings of the mechanics of fundamentals studied in previous theoretical courses of analysis. It is hoped that there will be developed a greater understanding of the use of the theory of sequences, series and integrals. In fulfilling the objectives, the study shall be presented in three parts: the first part is composed of the understanding and relations of the notions of functions. This is being done in order to establish the theoretical notions of functions so that the advanced notions can be verified from previous concepts. Our second part shall be the examination of relations and mechanics of the basic theorems one will be confronted with in advanced courses With the knowledge of these, we will be able In our third and final secof calculus. to go into our third aspect, tion we will find the important usages of some of the functions and relations of Riemann-Stieltjes Integrals to the Riemann or definite integrals.
