Abstract
The major purpose of this study is to determine the occupational status of the graduates of the O. J. Thomas High School, Cameron, Texas, since May, 1943, up to and including May, 1953.
The subordinate purposes are, to seek to determine in relationship to the former and present occupations held by the graduates of the O. J. Thomas High School of Cameron, Texas: 1. What school experiences have been of most value to the former students? 2. What experiences did the school not provide that they feel it should have? 3. In what way did the vocational guidance (if any) provided by the school aid these former students? 4. What curriculum implications for the O. J. Thomas High School can be derived from the findings of this study?
This study is concerned with those graduates who were enrolled in the O. J. Thomas High School, Cameron, Texas, during the period extending from May, 1943, through May, 1953.
