Abstract
The purpose of this study is (1) to discover the nature of the 4-H club work in Grimes County; (2) to make an appraisal of the effectiveness of the 4-H Club Work upon the young people involved; (3) to determine the resources available and the use made of the resources; (4) to perfect a program with the people in terms of their needs and (5) to make recommendations for making the 4-H Club Work more effective. Basing the recommendations upon the findings, history, background, achievements and resources within the immediate communities.
