PURPOSE OF THE STUDY
The purpose of this study was to expand further the social values obtained by those who participate in group musical activities which afford rich experiences and opportunities. This study shows how music will bring opportunities for the development of social values and how these values will affect the child and his place in society. This research also shows how the modern school seeks to provide opportunities through group musical activities in the elementary and high schools, and community activities which would afford students satisfaction, enjoyment, and musical growth.
