It is my purpose in this paper to describe the effort and from my experience I trust that a better way might be found to handle this problem. This paper will discuss briefly: a. The class b. The diagnosis of the cases-physical, mental and environmental. c. The psychological principles involved. d. The remedial agencies employed. e. Results.
