Abstract
There are many problems concerning the modern mothers in the selecting of children's clothing; namely, selecting those clothes and styles that are "best suited to the child's personality, and to the color of his hair, eyes, and complexion. The parents must also consider the selection from psychological and hygenic stand points; therefore, the child's behavior is influenced by the style of the garment he wears, as well as his health.
Because of the many problems concerning the modern mothers, in the selecting of children's clothes, the writer feels that the importance of selecting the right styles to suit the child's personality can not be some standards set up, by which the modern mothers can select the pre-school child's clothes, if they are to be selected, to give the best service and with care.
From the writer's reading, observation and personal experiences, the writer is going to set forth some standards for the selection of the pre-school child's clothing; in order that best results may be obtained in relation to the child's health and behavior.
