Abstract
This study has been made in order to bring to light facts concerning the personnel of the high school principals of Texas. It is not the writer's desire to include everything connected with that particular phase, but it is the aim of the writer to touch upon some of the potent factors of the subject. It is also an attempt to portray the actual existing situation involving the professional training, experience, and details in the field of pedagogy in Texas. There are many principals in Texas, however, the writer has made a study of only forty-three principals. It is, therefore, a limited study and cannot be considered as a decided fact of existing conditions only in regards to the forty-three out of the fifty principals investigated.
