Abstract
Major Problem: This study was made to set up a standard of general motor ability for the Brace Test of the girls of Prairie View State Normal and Industrial College. Sub Problems: 1. To determine the validity of the test. 2. To determine the reliability of the test. 3. To determine the objectivity of the test.
Purpose of the Problem 1. To determine the accomplishments acquired by nonathletes as compared with those of athletes. 2. To set up standards of General Motor Ability whereby the students of physical education will be benefitted.
Need for the Study: There has been a previous study made concerning the test and this study was made to aid in the standardization of the previous test.
Limitations: The subjects used were college women at Prairie
The Test Subjects: The test subjects were young women who were enrolled In Prairie View College ranging in age from 15 - 25. The entire group given the test was 128.
