Abstract
It has come to my knowledge that changes are desired in the operation of the Financial Aid Center on the campus of Prairie View A&M College. These changes would eliminate long hours that are put in during seasonal rush periods and establish better communication between the employees and the student body.
Character propensities have frequently denoted need and importance of efficiency in a smoothly operated program at Prairie View. Especially am I concentrating on doing away with unnecessary last-minute delays in processing applications, thus necessitating the use of Deferred Payment Slips in so many instances.
