Abstract
Since 1941 the writer has been employed in the Goldsberry High School in the position of principal - teacher - supervisor.
Need is recognized for a health education program that can be administered by a limited faculty, and at the same time meet the needs of the boys and girls in a small school. This study is concerned with the type of small high school, in which the faculty is small and no special health education teacher is employed.
A major objective at the Goldsberry High School is to set a health program that can be administered by a limited personnel and at the same time meeting adequately the physical and health needs of all the pupils.
This study will include a program of health and physical education of the Goldsberry High School. It is a small high school with a limited faculty, teaching grades one through twelve.
This program contains such recommendations as will establish a workable program of health education for this school. The program is intended to apply only to the above named school or similar small schools operating under similar situations.
