Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to give an analysis of the present Navasota Colored High School, and in the light of my knowledge of curriculum revision, to offer such suggestions as may render the school more efficient in meeting pupils' needs. The data came from the written records of the Navasota High school, and the writer's own observations while practice teaching there. The following methods of procedure were used in collecting data: (1) A critical study of the written records, (2) Direct observations of activities in the school, (3) Interviews with teachers and citizens of Navasota, Texas.
