Abstract
In view of the important role coaches play in the total development of athletics, the problem in this study is concerned with the development of a code of ethics that will stand as a guide for coaches and may be utilized by players and officials as well.
The purpose of this study is one of securing, organizing, and presenting information that can be formulated into a code of ethics with special emphasis on conduct and moral responsibilities for coaches, players, and officials.
The material for this study was obtained through library research with information stemming from magazines, periodicals, journals, and books.
