The purposes of this study are: (1) "To suggest A Proposed Program of Vocational Agriculture for the Hearne Independent School District, Robertson County, Texas," (2) To develop methods and procedures used in program development and (3) To prepare and instrument for collecting background data necessary for developing a program.
