Abstract
It is generally conceded that each person in a community has a place in society. This place in society, to a large extent, is determined by the use each persons makes of his talents and his ability to get along with his neighbors. It is well know that although there are facilities at hand for the development of the native endowment of Negroes, that through a series of circumstances these facilities are not often used to the greatest extent.
