Abstract
This paper presents quality control considerations for plot- and field-scale turfgrass runoff studies conducted for modeling calibration and verification. Items addressed include plot construction and maintenance, pesticide application verification, simulated rainfall rate verification, use of conservative tracers to track water movement, soil, thatch layer and weather data collection, and sample handling and storage. © 2009 American Chemical Society.
