Abstract
The purpose of this survey is to find ways to improve the frequent errors in English found in the sixth grade of the Negro Schools of Limestone County, Texas.
The solving of this problem is dependent upon finding the answers to the following questions. They are: 1. What are some of the most frequent errors in English found in the sixth grade in the Negro Schools of Limestone County, Texas? 2. What remedial techniques should be used to eliminate the common errors found in the sixth grade in the Negro Schools of Limestone County, Texas? 3. What la the value of re-teachlng the correct usage in the sixth grade in the Negro Schools of Limestone County, Texas? 4. How can efficient classroom teachers create interest to inspire the pupils of the sixth grade in this county, to want to speak good English?
