Abstract
An attempt is made to give in this brief survey, a general knowledge of the beginnings and growth of Public School Music in the Negro Public Schools if the Beaumont Area, and a discussion on the agencies through which Public School Music was made possible, and the outlook for the future of Public School Music in the Negro Public Schools in the Beaumont Area.
The conclusion will contain a personal appraisal of the activities and their relationships.
